All visual content, templates, pitch decks, brand kits, carousel designs, and downloadable assets shared by The Decksmith are protected under international copyright laws. These materials are owned and created by Kunal Naik (The Decksmith Studio) unless otherwise stated.
 

✅ What You Can Do
You are allowed to:

• Use our templates for personal, educational, or business use

• Share the final output (images, decks, PDFs, posts) as part of your own project
 

❌ What You Cannot Do
You are not allowed to:

• Resell or redistribute the templates, even if modified

• Offer our templates or files as a free download

• Use our designs to create competing digital products or template kits

• Remove “The Decksmith” credits (if present in free resources) unless otherwise agreed
 

🛍️ Digital Products & Free Templates
• Free templates are for fair personal or professional use. Please do not remove credits or resell them.

• All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, due to the nature of instant delivery.

• You are responsible for backing up your files after download.
 

🎨 Custom Projects

For pitch decks, brand kits, or graphics created through a custom order:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final design

• Raw source files may or may not be included, depending on project scope

• Credit to The Decksmith is appreciated but not mandatory unless otherwise agreed.
 

⚖️ Legal Limitation

The Decksmith is not liable for:

• How you use our designs (compliance with platform or advertising rules)

• Any losses caused by using or editing our templates improperly. You agree to use our content ethically and legally.
